个人简介:杨旋,男,1994年出生,中共党员,工学博士,讲师,宁波工程学院新能源学院教师。长期从事生物质能源炭材料的改性、超级电容器和钠离子电池硬炭的教学科研工作,2022年获得福建省优秀博士学位论文。
